Villa Olivia is located in the residential complex Villaggio Piras, North East of the island of La Maddalena (5 km from center of town and from the port of La Maddalena).
From the port, you may reach Villa Olivia by your own automobile or by taxi or by city bus; you may also arrive by your own or a leased boat.
To reach the island of La Maddalena from the port of Palau, there is a ferry service; ferry ride is about 20minutes. The ferry maritime company is Delcomar that provides ferry rides every 30 minutes during the day and every hour/on the hour during the night from 24:00.
Reservation is not required. The ticket can be purchased at the maritime office (stazione marittima) at the port in Palau. During the night rides, from 24:00, the ticket is to be purchased on board of the ferry.
